For right now? Unless I couldn't handle it without IV meds, I wouldn't do much ;;; sadly it happens sometimes, unless you pop a high fever or bleeding gets way out of control where you need to be checked for anemia or something. I would try and call the GI office on Monday and talk to a nurse tho.

They could possibly offer an antibiotic cocktail (Xifaxan or Flaygl/Cipro) or the like, but it's possible they'll just try to throw more steroids. However, the squeaky wheel and all that, so calling them and begging (or suggesting you might go back to the hospital) might spur some action toward the remicade

I would try heating pad, or even those stick on heating pads they make for period cramps, and some Benadryl to help with cramping at bedtime. It's a smooth muscle relaxer so helps with GI cramping.
