so o hokay, part of why I had to take the gofundme down was because me and the apartment complex made an arrangement. they were "very upset" that I dragged their (pfi) name through the mud, but would make it right if I took down the post. so I did. "but copper! you're mentioning it now, how come?"
because the estimate they got for the value of the properties didn't include the major risks, lack of matinence to existing properties, and low occupancy... and how they wouldn't make a dime on this shit for YEAR'S
so now the second company does a fire sale because what the fuck. and they can only move our whole-ass complex, warts and all and 100+ units, for roughly 17 million
but yeah so some company in sf now owns the complex, all of which I know because as tenants that are affected by this, I get mailings of all the legal briefs, and it's been great.
so every few weeks I get some document in the mail about the hot garbage fire that Pfi left burning and that everyone now has to clean up. and I just wanted to share that.
like if I could I would ping everyone who was involved with that original GoFundMe, not because I need money (though, it'd be nice), but just out of a pure, undiluted "HOLY SHIT MABEL I GOT SOME TEA AND GOSSIP".
