they might have a really long duster at target though and you can take the top off to wash it since it's just microfiber

yup yup swiffer with a reusable head. i have machine washable everything - swiffer wetjet rectangular mop mats, microfiber wondermop heads, dusting heads, vacuum nozzle covers, steamer mats, etc.
