especially because my sense of balance isn't like entirely 100% yet as i progressively move faster, something you don't really think about when you start moving again after a long time of... not moving a lot
i even kicked up the speed a little bit, but not too much, because i don't know if this is just like... me getting stronger or the routine self adjusting for my weakness?? if that makes sense
which is a nice sort of mental reaffirmation that i can continue to make the decision to do things that i don't necessarily like, but know are good for me
recently i started putting like a long bolster pillow at the foot of my bed at night, which has been great because i can bring it up and rest my ankles or knees over it for a little lift/stretch, but it also seems to keep me warmer which is a great bonus
idk if it's just because it's slightly reducing the area of the bed i'm trying to heat? or because i can like, reach it with my feet and it keeps them warmer so I'M warmer overall?
i also now sleep with my legs straight more often, rather than always curled up in a little ball because i'm! cold! so that helps stretch things out too
huh! i'll take a look, cause it's like... there is very little guidance that i know of regarding like what stretching programs out there are actually GOOD
one thing i've found about darebee too is that the community/forums are actually very positive and helpful? though tbh it's been a while since i checked
but i did go through a couple years back to look up suggestions for lower-impact stuff for some other programmes that weren't like, EXPLICITLY lower-impact
i'm thinking maybe i'll try having a cheat meal tomorrow, considering i haven't cheated once this entire time i've been eating healthy and exercising some 3 months or so
a healthier version of thatsometime soon, i think
