So...while the heat has been raging, I have been getting up at 4 AM so by the afternoon, I can lock myself away in the bedroom with the AC. I wonder if I am going to completely upend my schedule though since it looks like we have another hot week.

I woke before my alarm today, so I guess I am adjusting to 4 AM mornings. Ugh.

we had a horrible hot week and finally a few min ago Thunderstorm with lots fo rain and storm arrived... iam so happy

I was getting up early before my 5 am alarm many days last week. Today I was able tl sleep through to 5 am because it went down below 70 outside. Cooler nights will help cool down the buildings which will make this next wave of heat easier to deal with.
