these guys! you can get the sugar versions but i try not to drink sugared drinks generally

i get "dehydrated"??? really easily, but it seems to specifically be that i run out of electrolytes from sweating so when i started going to the gym and had all this kind off stuff explained to me i was like OH THAT'S WHAT SPORTS DRINKS ARE FOR

you can get like, electrolyte powders to mix into water too but these tend to taste better and I got them for cheap for once :E i get the 7/11 brand ones sometimes too
