the difference with 3d modeling & vfx work is the rest period & not much mouse movement & clicking. my hand really hurts beyond 8 hours, to a point na parang magllock up yung feeling on 3 fingers.

Rest break time at least twice a day kuya kahit 15 mins tapos stretching... I do that too ngayon more than ever kasi grabe na ako mag cramps kahit daliri ko ngayon nag cacramps na. haha! a short break would go a long way.

ricebeanbun: di ko nga alam kung carpal tunnel or what, dati kahit buong araw hindi naman. senyales na rin ata pero pagnaramdaman ko na nagsstop na ko, medyo hardcore din kasi tong bagong job. but at least regular gig sya.
