Same. If it was a contractor, especially, raise this to your landlord in writing (if you can email them). They might not even know the contractor did that unless you tell them.

The reason I point out doing it immediately is because you want to give the landlord/property manager every reason to call up the contractor tomorrow and be angry on your behalf. CC your DHS caseworker on any email in this if you can, too.

no it's maintenance. sadly that's not how it works with subsidiary housing. if they dont do it between 9-5 then unless it's a true emergency you're fucked until they're open again
