made another attempt to get through to OpenReach via the auto chat system. I eventually got Gary. I don't know whether Gary will indeed pass on the full extent of the failings of his company to anyone who will care to do anything about it. But as a final insult, their download feature for saving the eChat also doesn't work!

... and going back into eChat only served to prove that there's no option for complaining about that.
