oogh, yeah. that's the worst kind of house placement

i saw a guide that says that houses never spawnon existing roads, so you can kinda trick the house generation rng into creating better plotted suburbs

by placing roads to nowhere to act as branches

so you don't have to deal with that abomination of a purple/pink/green suburb in your sw corner

the other strategy, possibly, would have been to reroute as many of those green houses to look southwest and then place a motorway that hops over them into the main thoroughfare

I would have done that with a bridge if I’d had one
