[Dreams] alright that was an odd one, I went to... purgatory? An alien brain maze? something

It was storming hard at the beach and my roommate and I walked down to the water's edge, watching these massive waves crashing down, when I noticed people were starting to walk a few inches off the ground and gradually moving up into the sky, then I started doing the same thing

Somehow I knew I wouldn't need them and I dropped my purse, my phone, and my umbrella

I came to with other people in this bizarre maze of small, low-ceiling rooms. Most of them were dark and had strange imagery or holograms or something (I remember peeking into one room specifically and seeing someone lying on the ground when their mouth seemed to get... pulled off? By a projection effect

and moved to another room onto the face of a statue head there, where it began screaming.) And the gist was we had to find an item in the maze with our name printed on it in order to escape

There were brighter rooms with shelves of books, the items seemed to largely be labeled fancy canned/boxed food items or seashells that would have the name printed in the label instead of the food, or juat marked as the collector/manufacturer

Never saw what happened when someone found their name since they took the item and ran off, I didn't find mine and knew I could be wandering for a long time, but I had a locket I could use to ask people for directions. I don't know how I knew they were attendants, or why the locket helped signify where I needed to go, but it contained two pictures-

one of an angel flying down to a baby sitting in a lush garden, and one of a demon brawling with a unicorn

that is very odd

I mean...I’d read that book?
