Anybody know how to fix this? The video preview work from my side, but not hers.

usually it has to do with your system specs. sometimes there are security settings related to whether previews can be shown for certain domains or types of media, too.

I got one on the fourth from my cousin that worked, but honestly it’s mostly me and my sister that share them frequently
