so, in G Gundam

the protag's final mobile suit is called God Gundam

but in the english dub, they had to censor religious references for whatever reason

so they renamed it to Burning Gundam

then, in Build Fighters Try

the protag's gunpla is called BG-011B Build Burning Gundam

and people were like "oh neat, you named it that as an homage to how they changed God Gundam to Burning Gundam in G Gundam"

and the director was like

"they did what"

Amazing.

now they have to localize it as build god gundam

I think the director was ultimately BSing on that answer though, given Sekai’s entire backstory.
