They will find her....

After watching the video I saw that she didn’t thrust it out in front of the rider, but had been holding it there for awhile. The rider could have yelled at her to get her to move. He had to have seen the sign in advance to get her attention since he had no where to go. He must have thought he could ride through the sign.

As a cyclist myself, I feel the front cyclist is partially to blame for not attempting anything.
