[work] [double plurk] did a quick one-on-one training session with our coffee supplier today, learned some latte art techniques from a championship level barista, and slapped together an outline for training my staff

gotta throw together a better plan to follow tonight, hopefully all my equipment is in place and hooked up for tomorrow

we still haven’t done costing so the prices I’m giving our ops manager for the POS are just average prices based on the market and I have to give a couple more

better to have the pages built and we can delete/edit, but it’s more time to add each item

i should email the GM today and be like hey I’m just pricing off the top of my head but it’s v obvi they’re more concerned abt the restaurant side

good news is, we aced our health inspection today

i am Not Great At It but now i have had some guidance so i kno what i’m doin wrong

I've never tried it but I think it's so cool

it's so pretty when people can do it and it's a lot of fun learning how and when i get it sort of nice it feels good lmaooo

also I got a portion of my training plan done before I realized I should take my proserve certification since i'm working in a place that serves booze

but imma try to be at the space about 45 minutes early so maybe i can do a little then ... i guess i don't super need it until maybe thursday
