Oh, i've seen it, and yeah, the history was very interesting. a lot was familiar, other bits were new to me

Erm... A cup is not 120 ml; it's about 240ml. As he says after "an additional half cup of water", I think he meant half a cup of water with the bread crumbs.

(His Italian is excellent, though. As far a I can tell, anyway.)

I know it's usually rounded to 250 ml, but the point is: he probably meant half a cup, not a full cup.
