What does make you think of?

Every time I think I might use it instead of a I stop, wondering if it's supposed to be comforting or sarcastic as in "there, there" pats on the head.
Nimil
that head pat is sarcastic bless your heart pat pat
Brain Warm
There there
Brain Warm
Aw, diddums
Nimil
Brain Warm : is that the english version of bless your heart?
Brain Warm
Nimil : it’s not as polite as bless your heart, it’s more a sarcastic commiseration
NAME 387
Brain Warm - In the southern US, bless your heart is not polite at all. It means they think you're stupid.
Brain Warm
No, I know but diddums is usually used when someone is hurt physically or emotionally and you think they’re being a wuss
Brain Warm
Like piers Morgan, boycotting IKEA because they boycotted GB News
Brain Warm
He’s against cancel culture
DevinVaughn

NAME 387 : yeah, Bless your heart means basically the person is defective someway and needs a blessing from god for support or allowances for their handicap. Used on a person not handicapped it's an insult.

I think the 1st emoji is:
a hairless parent removing lice from a small childs head
a snowman making an effigy to throw rocks at because of self-loathing.
a doctor performing a frontal lobe surgery of some type, like a lobotomy.
a fundamentalist christian faith healer removing the demons from a member of the congregation.
Max Graf
Thats all I got.
NAME 387
Max Graf - thanking the hooker for a job well done?
Max Graf
it could be that.
tormentedcorpse
it's sarcastic/patronizing to me.
Izzie Bizzie
to me it's a parent stroking their child's head for comfort
(((Cajsa)))
OK, I deleted it because I don't want to accidentally be patronizing.
✨Skye
If I'm looking for a comfort emoji, I usually use this one.
