anemo, hydro, and cryo are top contenders. leaning heavily towards cryo because it seriously fits her to a T, but i can make a good argument for anemo, and an argument could be made for hydro

she's going to stick with her guns, and ammo crafting IS a legit thing in new vegas more than in 4. that said, she is less crafty-smart than zetta

stat-wise, in fnv she is lower than average in strength, endurance, and intelligence -- with high perception, charisma, and luck

melee combat is never, ever going to be her thing

and she doesnt strike me as a catalyst type so i think she would adjust best to bows, especially more magically oriented ones that dont require pull strength like real bows LOL

i do think that she would have some kind of ability that would knock enemies away from her / maybe into the air. ayaka's E comes to mind in the way that it tosses enemies away

like, the heart of elle's close combat skills is focused on giving her the opportunity to put space between them and her

so having some kind of "omg no" panic button skill would track

i do think that she would also be the type to have a lil critter buddy with her. she has the disney princess animal effect in canon, and animals are her favorite (up there with robots)

and i just feel like she might have trouble with channeling/focusing her magic. i cant really explain why just yet but its the feeling i have

and as far as the faq descriptions, the cryo one about loss and capability of love is VERY apt, but "gentler future" is also literally... her whole thing

she would definitely prefer to be defined by that, rather than the loss of her memories (and never getting to have a proper family growing up, being separated from her mentor before the start of the game, etc, so much of her tragedy revolves around Loss. her fear of rejection, even... the way she does everything to try to get someone to want to keep her)
