so i've been really unhappy w my hair the last few months – it's been really dry and brittle and frizzy and nothing i did seemed to work and it was really getting me down. and then like. i got sick of my usual hair dye (directions) fading so fast so i switched over to a different brand and i literally can't believe the fucking night & day difference

my hair is so tidy and smooth and healthy feeling

and it's SO SHINY!!!

i didn't realize just how upset it was making me until i fixed it

it's good for your hair to switch up products when one gets too damaging

shampoo is one to switch up too

god when I got my hair dyed I spent Too Much Money on a well-reviewed, recommended, generally trusted and known brand of shampoo/conditioner for dyed hair

it was awful

my hair was so stringy and lifeless and felt so gross

did not use that too long!

yaaaas the best feeling. my hair is a fussy bitch and i have to switch up the shampoo/conditioner i use every six months or so or it's just Unhappy

so i usually have like 3-4 different sets that i just cycle through
