One thing I have thought since this series started is that hopefully at the endgame, humanity will be SMART and not fall back on the resources that end damaging the planet and all that. Like, one of the reasons why it's so hard to swift energies is due how big the dependency on one or another is by now. Having to start from zero but having the knowledge
