you'd think you'd feel good after sleeping several extra hours but alas, when you are old, you only receive pain smh

IT'S THE WORST

Triska wandering into our livingroom this morning, calmly holding their switch “sleep is hell. But ya know it always is”

it woudl help if i would stop having "nightmares"

and i say "nightmares" because it isn't even nightmares it's like my brain goes out of REM sleep to start having Awake thoughts but specifically Anxious thoughts

and then i JOLT AWAKE and i'm liike wait the fuck a second

Ya they have a similar problem. Im sorry yall )): it happens to me much much more rarely and it sucks dick

alas,

it happened way less last night but only because i had one of our emergency anxiety pills and as long as that's in my system at least i'm just kind of [vibrates just above the anxiety line consistently]

I have constant nightmares and it's exhausting

last night's memorable one was being trapped in a massive pet store primarily abt fishkeeping and getting increasingly upset about the poor treatment of the animals and also the stress of trying to steal equipment and fish to get back at The Man

OH NO FHDSUGHG

mine have been, for some reason, about going to grocery stores without my mask on and then finding anything possible to use as a mask

but not just... leaving... or buying a mask

oh my god i've had two no-mask nightmares recently

it's hysterical because i literally have not left my house in over a month. i have not seen a store in a m o n t h

oh I've had plenty of those too

usually I spend most of those dreams pulling my shirt over my mouth and nose

but since you can't read anything in your dreams you can't really buy it either...
