As far as I've ever been able to figure out Quaxo is either a) a completely different cat (basically a "chorus" member for the actor playing Misto to perform when not being "Misto" or b ) a sort of alter ego for Misto (or like Mistoffelees is his "stage name" but Quaxo is his "true" name? ...idk man it's Cats XDXD )
