I think the first time I heard the name was back when Dan Olson made his video about WoW classic and Asmongold tried to start beef with him as one of the "Outrage Merchants"

I get tired of the "XIV Youtuber reacts to Asmongold reacting to XIV" as well especially when the cycle keeps fucking continuing

thankfully, my feed doesn't seem to get those anymore and I'm in the "New XIV players react to ShB for the first time", etc part of the algorithm now

Thankfully most of the actual XIV content creators I follow don’t get wrapped up in it (even when WoW ones try to start shit) but I guess with Endwalker it’s prompted a lot more
