稍微有點適應了,加一下
1. bicycle: 25 reps 2 sets
2. side plank - knee to elbow: 25 reps 2 sets
3. hip dips: 15 reps
→ 20 reps
2 sets
4. leg lifts: 20 reps 2 sets
5. low plank - knee to elbow: 15 reps 2 sets
6. bridging: 20 reps 2 set
