Got to meet up with a coworker friend for coffee today and it was just so, so nice

I probably talked her ear off because I haven't seen a friend in-person since like...Christmas last year, geez

but it was such a nice, fresh spring day and actually talking to a friend I know face to face while eating sweets felt like I temporarily stepped into an alternate dimension

(we were of course outdoors and had masks on when not eating and all that)

just aaahh that was really nice. I've been doing okay at home for a bit (having Alphys here definitely helped) but I'm gonna need some serious reintegration back into society when I'm fully vaxxed ;o;

re-entry anxiety is going to be a real trip

it is so nice to see people, isn't it

and yeah, getting used to other humans is. a thing 8D
