apparently my two keyholders went at it with each other verbally and almost physically that my other keyholder had to shut the store down?????????

SO BACKSTORY

i have one full time keyholder who's basically my assistant, and two part time keyholders

one of the part time keys has been there since before i took over the store, and has flip flopped from being full time to part time,

and think that i treat her unfairly because i've had to dock her pay after she willingly changed her position, also damaging my other part time keyholder's chance of being full time

and recently, she's gotten this notion that she doesn't have to do anything in the store, gives everyone (including me) attitude, which i then have to talk her down from her high and mighty pedestal

and i'm p sure she's the one who made several HR complaints about me, under other peoples' names tho

SO the other keyholder got fed up with her attitude, and just blew up

without me there to talk everyone down
