i would just be TOO SCARED to leave a softer mesh thing unattended

the bigger enclosure is cuter and probably more fun for the cat but even thinking about leaving it unattended makes me uneasy

yeah in general for my personal comfort levels anything that's not going to be supervised i'm gonna need to be wood and heavy wire mesh at the least

with a cat i'd be a little nervous even with a screened in porch with just a standard superfine window/door type screen, it'd want it to have some kind of reinforcement at least

also it's too bad you don't have access to tools (i don't think?) because there's like a billion adorable diy catio plans out there, blessed
