Riddle of Earth got a rework

it gives 3 stacks instead of a timer, like a half of a perfect balance

and for each unused stack you have, you get 10% damage reduction

I’m reminded of how many times when leveling MNK to 80 I had bad tanks who died/lost aggro and I had to basically BE the tank...
