personally, i am okay with this. at least the developers can stop development if ever fan reception is bad or on the other side of the spectrum: they can add more stuff like they do with fandisks back then.

I can see their decision since they greatly expanded their routes that it's enough for them to be a standalone game so they can release the remaining routes later.
