Had to come into work for the morning shift again because this is apparently my life now.

Guess this place is just full of flakey flakes who keep calling out.

Can't really brain much so I'll just soldier on through and then go home to take a nap.

I hope they fire everyone who keeps doing this. This is NOT FAIR to the rest of us who have to pick up the slack!

Yesterday they wanted me to come in too but I was fast asleep when they bothered to text me at 7:15 in the morning. Who keeps having so many 'family emergencies'? It's been like four in three weeks!

yay for the extra money but damn they need to organize the shift coverage better. good way to burn out employees

Yeah, like I don't mind doing it right now, but what about in two more months? In six months? I'm hoping they'll train everyone knew up better and give these flakes the boot once they're done.

Hopefully this isn't going to turn out to be one of those places where you have to put your foot down hard or they just keep doing it to you.

Weeeeellllll shoot apparently I've been handling check out wrong this entire time and didn't even know it! Once manager apparently does things completely different to the other, including what they think make up my duties.

Which basically means I've been slacking off without even realizing it!

No. Because I'm not sure if it's just one person doing it consistently or several. Plus I'm like the total newbie right now, so I don't want to be seen as complaining just yet.
