[random question] Is there a street with a story behind what it's named where you live/grew up?

the town I grew up in has a road called Pumpkin Harbor Road because after a flood, a bunch of pumpkins ended up stranded in a field near it

I don't know if there's a story behind it, but the street I lived on when I was very small was called Old Ghost Road.

that sounds like it should have a story behind it!

or, at least, someone wondering if there's a New Ghost Road

Not a street but there's a wash called 33 Hole out near Lake Mead. The story behind the name (or so it was told to me) was that one man shot another with a .33 caliber gun. ...And it left a .33 caliber-sized hole.
