fuckin' hell something up with the hot water heater

got it turned off, now we're deep cleaning the basement to make it accessible before we call the landlord/a plumber

I'm at work, no updates to the Spousehold group chat so I'm assuming we're just waiting on a plumber or whatever to be available

hope it gets fixed fast, on account of..it being legally required..

so we have water back (planned outage today due to work down the block), someone from plumbing? service should be stopping by this afternoon

no word from landlord but we did reach out

okay so according to Glenn, landlord contacted plumbing (who is currently here removing the old unit)

phew

new one installed, running water to clear air/fill it
hot water in like an hour or two
