Apparently, the owner of the house I live in has shared the private SMS I sent her about me having Covid-19 and wanting me to go to a motel for a few days. I was blindsided by another resident with this information last night.

That’s a HIPAA violation

That is what I thought. She is going to be in some trouble if I choose to push this.

It looks like this is not covered under HIPAA. Too bad.
