We are already paying utilities, and we'd still be paying LOT rent but the trailer on the lot would be ours

The issue is that over time, the trailer will go down in value while houses get more and more expensive

If you were going to make a big housing purchase, that's probably not what you want from it

Well the good news is we have reasonable cause to believe that's not... going to happen here, for reasons that range from "this park is mostly made up of old people who have lived here forever" to "we have management that literally offered to work with people when the pandemic happened because they weren't going to evict anyone over rent"

That's great then, for as long as that management stays in charge. It's Joe's family or something, right? So you would at least have some kind of insight into whether or not they're struggling with it or considering selling it?
