到太平洋戰爭爆發的一年多後，美國在中國戰場的地面部隊數量居然只有96人，我很確定美軍把中國戰場定位為以空中作戰為主的原因，那就是害怕大量白種士兵到中國參戰，會給中國老百姓白人屠殺黃種人的惡劣印象，從而讓重慶國民政府失去民族主義旗幟。更何況中國戰場上美軍要打的，還不只是日軍呢！
