It would so happen to be at a Macaroni Grill. This particular one was also the same one my husband and I had our first date in.

I swear this is just a coincidence, but I've really started to look after my weight since the beginning of the year. So, I've been trying to find new things that I might crave later.

I actually bought some more cauliflower afterwards. I think I might roast them in the oven a bit, maybe put on some lemon to jazz it up a bit. That's what I've been doing with broccoli anyways.

I have never steamed anything before, much less steamed buns, so this was a little bit of a challenge for me.

Week 4: Confit I'm planning on making this today after classes! I'm going to make a garlic confit.

But anyway, I wanna use the confit to make a KILLER grilled cheese sandwich.

Spread some garlic confit on the slices, get some good cheese, use the panini press to make it all thin and crispy

As far as the newer prompts go...Whole Spices...I've got cinnamon sticks. I'd like to use them for something.

Then after that is English. First thing that came to mind is the GBBO, so I want to recreate something from that. I want to have a little watching party of GBBO with other people!

And thennnnn Mardi Gras, which the first thing that came to mind for that is that little cake with the baby in it.

I don't really want to make a cake with the toy baby in it though, so I'm gonna do some research on that.
