Can someone out there please explain the difference between an apartment and a condo? Because it's just confusing to me. I don't know if we don't have condos here or if we just call everything 'flats'
Sometimes I admit we do use 'apartment' for the posher ones, but those can be either rented or owned, and in that case it's probably just the US/French language influence
I've learned a decent amount about American urban development recently, although Las Vegas is probably a somewhat atypical example. For one thing, it's got very few condos
Oh that's nice. The book I've got stops in 2012 when everything had slowed down again because of the housing crash and the recession. But good to know it picked up again
My uncle is getting bombarded with offers to buy his house. Like even I get them and it's only my address, I'm not the owner on record. He got the house at a huge discount during the slump too.
