They are an enemy of Indra, a personification of drought, and depending on who you ask, a Vedic Serpent, dragon, or Demon.

They refer to themself as 'Wa-e', like a malformed 'Wa-re', so their pronouns to me are... vague.

They are also one of the few Femme-bodied Servants who stay clothed.

in second ascension, despite a cleavage window, the skin shown is only some leg and that bit of collar bone, they also rock a fucking awesome jacket.

in comparison, third ascension has their top in a cuirass and some wicked gloves, a fairly conservative wrap for their waist and some shinguards to show off painted toenails.
