Why can't there be an announcement of "okay, since you guys can't clearly be expected to behave and stick to the relatively relaxed rules, and since we're anticipating a Christmas rush, we're introducing a strict set of rules just for this season."
but yeah, i see the government push that as well. but really, they also need to step up their crowd control efforts. because with no clear rules & implementors, what do you expect?
And even with clear rules and who to implement them, it's nothing because those who are expected to implement them are the ones flagrantly flaunting them. I won't name names because this is the Philippines.
Yeah, though personally, I'd rather just stay home, and avoid any contact. Not because I'm anti-social, but because it's the right thing to do nowadays
