Yeah Jin doesn't seem to have any reason to kill Nana (aside from killing fellow Talented). Both could benefit each other in terms of exchanging information.
From what I read the Necromancer arc was the low-point for Manga readers but the appearance of Jin brought back the readers with great interest.
i can see why it's the low-point. nana has made some really rushed decisions during that arc. she felt more like a victim than the culprit during those two times.
