- ghosts are more active as sanity decreases, specifically based on the average sanity of all investigators in the house

- beginning of a hunt is indicated by flickering lights, radio being only static, or ghost activity 10 in the truck

i will note that ghost activity 10 does not always mean a hunt has started, but a hunt does generally make it spike

the lights and radio malfunctioning are absolutely the signs you're being hunted though

(also I think hunting revenants DO move faster than the player (as do jinns in active light) but it's diminishing returns the closer they get to you, rubberbanding-style)

Hunting revenants that have spotted someone are faster than you, otherwise they’re the slowest. Learned that the hard way.

friends I play with and I try to bring 1 Strong Flashlight per player and at least 2 thermometers whenever possible

note on smudge sticks: you have to be holding a lighter at the same time to be able to actually use them

Yeah strong flashlights help with bigger areas but in the smaller places like the houses/cabins they're a huge improvement in my opinion
