CPR is hard. My dad and I were on the same team during our training and he gave up halfway through and called time of death. He had to finish though in order to pass training but so painful. And because I am a large lady, just getting into position meant laying in some most unflattering ways.

and I've got a bad shoulder due to nursing care so

My shoulder hasn't been as bad since Nan passed. It was constant pain when I was looking after her because the only way I could lift her was using a clinging ivy lift which you're not meant to do. But yes, bad shoulders make it even more painful

I'm glad it's gotten better but yeah. lifts sure rough on the body
