my house flooded with sewer water this monday because tree roots broke the sewer pipe, pillars of dirty water coming out of all toilets and such, and both floors soaked. Have been cleaning ever since, the insurance expect is supposed to call today, hopefully, I will get help then. Hope you are doing better than I.

OMG i am sorry.

The city takes responsibility, it's their tree and the pipe break was under their street. But paperwork goes very slow, and my costs are huge. Plummer had to come 3 times, at night rates even, had to buy all new towels, cleaning stuff, electrical things are broke because of short circuits. floors will have to be replaced, walls and ceilings painted

Fires are worse, but this is pretty bad too
