Anyone else do the thing where once you find an actor you like, you burn thru their entire filmography at once?
cacopheny
yep I have done that

presented without context. because i don't have any. and its too perfect as is.

I did it with Vin Diesel of all people. and I am considering doing it with Seb Stan, only there's a ton of movies he did that I'm like. not into the genre. so I have not done it yet

I'm not too familiar with Diesel outside of Fast and Furious and that one weird one he did with the Rock. But he seems like a cool dude. So no shame there!

eh as for genre, I find its a great way to discover new things. like, I'm downloading Margin Call about the '08 crash. So not a film I'd ever be interested in otherwise buuuuut.

I mean Seb Stan has done a lot of romcom stuff. I'm just not into romcom :-P

also Hotel Artemis was a really great surprise. no spoilers, as going in blind for that is awesome. it reminded me of 'Would You Rather' or 'Lucky Number Slevin' by the end.

I actually discovered Diesel through his Riddick movies, so the F&F movie were like "wat"
yallternative
I research but I'm too lazy about movies New Things are hard to pay attention to
𝕯ҽα∂ ρҽσρℓ𝑒 тҽα
that's definitely a valid mood. awkward cough to my attempts at toggling Heroes with Star Trek TOS

i find movies easier this way. 2 hours or less (again, Hotel Artemis...90 minutes, I cannot recommend this film enough) and done.
