Being a 3 star she's usually being ignored compared to other characters.

Also 3 star operators don't have awesome E2 art which is a shame.

What the devs could do is giving 3 stars E2 promotion so they can get stronger/expand their skillset aside from generic buffs and a cool E2 art.
