[Dreams] Man the last few days my dreams have been deeply engrossing and pointlessly metaphorical

Like that's life with Nightmare Disorder but usually I don't get a bunch in a row that are in any way relevant to my state of mind in an obvious way

like I was a courier in a zombie outbreak working a job I loved despite the danger and I came across a large outdoor bake sale where people were fully unconcerned with the zombies because "it couldn't keep them from living"

but I did get a great new dessert idea, cause I often see new foods in my dreams

They were selling were these huge, like a foot in diameter, Japanese style vanilla sponge rolls with fresh fruit and whipped cream in the swirls, airbrushed or glazed black on the outside with neon macarons that invoked 80s color palettes

someday I should make comics out of some of my more surreal dreams

in last night's dream some little girl that was vaguely familiar offered me a caramel apple bite and told me she was hoping I'd show up to try them
