Online payment is more convenient than paying in cash.
會比較好，因為英文沒有pay in store的用法，頂多可以用意思相近purchase in store（在實體店購買），店內支付其實就是現金付款，所以用pat in cash比較恰當。

我又想了想，其實可以用in-store payment，就是整句是Online payment is more convenient than in-store payment.
mint 那個可能還差一點，因為刷卡也是店內支付的一種，如果用paying in cash 就包括不到刷卡這個店內支付方式
當然也可能是我想太多
