She wasn't just my cat. She got me through some of the hardest times in the past 12 years. She'd been with me since she was 3 months old. Practically her entire life.

I know I did the right thing. She took a turn and wasn't well. I couldn't let her suffer.

I held her in my arms at the end, so she knew how loved she was.

I know she's at peace now and she's not suffering any more. I need time and space to grieve.

Take the time you need, it is ok to feel some relief in knowing your suffering and Bella's is over. You will heal but it takes time. Everyone will be here for whatever you need us for whenever you need us.
