So my boss got a job at another library, which is great for her; it's a step up, more pay, closer to home, all that good stuff.

And I'm v. stressed because a lot of people are like "well you should do the branch manager thing" and it's not that I can't, it's that I hate being in charge of things. But you don't make more money in libraries if you don't try to move up.

And one of my coworkers is transferring to another branch. Which again, is closer to home for her, and it's the same job (head of circ.)
