HELLO FELLAS I'm settled into my hotel for the evening picking what to order for dinner. I arrived before I could check in and ended up spending two hours at the fancy pet store looking at everything and talking to people and picking out a snake so reptile and fish pictures inside!

I went to this place called The Aquatic Critter and it is absolutely amazing, the care and variety of the animals just floors me

I got to look at/hold a florida king, a mango milk snake, a Mexican black kingsnake, a Colombian rainbow boa, a rosy boa, a variety of ball pythons, and a white bullsnake

and I got a cute girl's number

Her names Alison and we talked about reptiles for a while and she had a cute sparkly top and a banana in her lovely red hair, we may meet up in Knoxville one weekend cause she's considering buying one of my custom enclosures

BUT: The verdict. I came up here to buy a snake to live in my 30 gallon low for a very long time if not it's whole life and by golly that was what I was going to do. The ball pythons and bullsnakes were not really up for consideration (bulls get big and mean, balls I just don't like) and the kingsnakes and rosy boas were unbelievably tiny

They ended up sort of begging me to take a certain snake because it had to stay in the back and was taking up a lot of space in their incubator because it needed really high humidity, and it fit my size requirements basically to a T. Busted my budget but came with a humidity box, water bowl, and climbing stuff

: YES the aquarium is SO radical and amazing. They had live brine shrimp and crayfish feeders, sharks, anemone growing tanks, their betas were in fully filtered setups, I love it
